No return policy for the purchase of digital products.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been provided. By purchasing a digital product from our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, pdf guides (Ultimate Guides), online courses, tools, and templates.
The digital products can be downloaded on the order confirmation page immediately after purchase, via links sent in an email after purchase, and through optional access to a member portal.
Limited Exceptions to the No Returns Policy:
While a strict no-returns policy remains in place, limited exceptions include:
- Product Defects: If the digital product is demonstrably faulty or corrupted and unusable despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts. In this case, may receive a replacement or a credit.
- Non-Delivery: If the customer has paid for the product but has not received the download link or access information within a reasonable timeframe due to a technical error.
